Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original accessories (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement product is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As described above, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our customer support team.
