How to Measure your Nails (4 Simple Methods)

Method 1: Order a Sizing Kit

You can get very accurate nail measurements by ordering a sizing kit from Majesticollections. Our Sizing Kit is a quick way to measure and place your order.

If you prefer not to order a sizing kit or would like a quicker way to measure and place your order, you can use one of the other methods instead.

Method 2: Using Soft Ruler

Step 1: Measure your nail at the widest part with a tape measure.

Step 2: Write down your measurement in millimeters and do this for all 10 nails. You can measure all nail sizes in centimeters and convert into millimeters for easy measuring.

Step 3: When placing your order, enter all 10 nail widths (in millimeters) in the "Personalization" box or send them to Majesticollections along with your order number.

No decimal places. Example: If your size appears to be 15.2mm, round it up to 16mm.

Method 3: No Soft Ruler? No Problem!

If you're without a soft ruler, grab a regular ruler and follow these steps:

Step 1: Place a strip of tape over your nail, making sure it's smooth and crease-free. Press down the tape on the nail. Guide to get the most accurate width.

Step 2: Using a marker or pen, make a mark on each side of the tape where it meets your nail's side walls. You'll want to measure the widest part of your nail.

Step 3: Gently remove the tape and lay it on a flat surface. Measure the distance between your marks with the ruler. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up to the nearest size.

Step 4: Repeat these steps for each nail, write down all your measurements—they're super important for ordering. And if you're not 100% sure or need a hand, just give us a shout at Majesticollections—we're here to help!

Method 4: Bill Snapshot Method

Don't have a ruler? No worries! Try our Bill Snapshot Method.

Step 1: Get a $1 or $2 note, your hand then on a table with your natural nails facing up. Holding a bill directly into frame.

Step 2: Perfect! Take a top-down photo (bird's eye view) of your fingers and the bill, making sure to capture two corners of the bill in the frame.

Step 3: Focus on the thumb. Follow the same process for your thumbs, keeping it flat on the table.

Step 4: Other hand. Repeat for your other hand, as there can be slight size differences between hands.

Step 5: Send & Map: Email the pictures to Majesticollections. Remember to mark in the "Personalization" section of your order that you've sent the photos.

This method helps us accurately gauge your nail size for a perfect fit!

Size XS: 15mm, 11mm, 12mm, 11mm, 8mm

Size S: 16mm, 12mm, 13mm, 12mm, 9mm

Size M: 17mm, 13mm, 14mm, 13mm, 10mm

Size L: 18mm, 14mm, 15mm, 14mm, 11mm

If you don't fit any of these sizes, select the Custom option in the size dropdown and type your sizes in the text field.

How do I determine the right nail size?

Take a look at my Sizing Guide available in the Nail Size & Measurement section, offering three straightforward methods to determine your nail size.

If you already know your sizes, you can provide them during the ordering process. However, if you're uncertain about measurements, please refrain from guessing your size. While I take responsibility for the nails you receive, keep in mind that refunds or exchanges are not available for incorrectly sized orders. It's crucial to contact me first or consult the Size Guide here to avoid any sizing discrepancies.

What comes with your press-on nail kit?

• 10 nails of your size
• 24 adhesive tabs
• 1 nail file
• 1 cuticle stick
• Nail cleansing wipes
• Instructions on how to apply and remove them Tabs are ideal for shorter wear of around 2-4 days at a time and are reusable. If you opt for glue, you can use it for 2-3 weeks at a time (you have to prepare the glue yourself as it is not included).
Unless you request otherwise, multiple orders will be packaged together to keep your shipping costs down.

How long will my nails last?

When applied correctly your nails can last up to two weeks. This varies depending on how you have applied them and how you look after them.
Nail glue: Up to two weeks. (you have to prepare the glue yourself as it is not included).
Nail tabs: (24 Tabs Included) These are great for a weekend and will last up to two to four days.

Do you offer worldwide shipping, and what is the expected shipping duration?

I proudly ship my handmade nails worldwide from my US-based fulfillment, with most of my lovely customers located in the United States.
Here are the estimated delivery timescales post-dispatch (exclusive of creation time):
• United States: 5-7 business days.
• Canada: 7-10 business days.
• UK, EU, Australia: 8-12 business days.
• Other countries: 10-14 business days.

Policies, Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

I happily accept cancellations within 06 hours of purchase only.
Due to the unique nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged in transit. While I invest considerable time in creating each set and provide detailed ordering instructions, I cannot take responsibility for wrong-sized nail orders or overlooked on-site information.
Returned orders will not be refunded, given the custom nature of each item, which makes them unsuitable for resale. If your order is returned (e.g., as an
'unclaimed' item), you will need to coordinate re-delivery with me.

How strong are the nails?

Can I expect my press-ons to match the pictured design exactly?

All Custom Made sets are meticulously handcrafted by me based on your preferences. Some designs feature longer tips for better photography and to align with the aesthetics of my brand. Please note that if you choose a design with larger Swarovski crystals, the layout and/or size of crystals may be adjusted to fit, but I'll always maintain the original design's aesthetic.
