At Majesticollections, customer satisfaction is our priority while recognizing the unique nature of our handmade, made-to-order products.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within this time frame.

Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every set of press-on nails is handmade and custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each order is created according to your selected design, shape, length, and size, making it unsuitable for resale.

Sizing

To ensure the perfect fit, we provide several easy methods for measuring your nails. Please visit our Sizing Guide before placing your order.

As every set is custom-made based on the measurements you provide, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for custom-made products.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failure to claim or collect the package

  • Delivery refusal

The order is not eligible for a refund.

If you would like the package shipped again, additional shipping fees may apply.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal: 2–5 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
