Once your order has been successfully placed and verified, we begin preparing it as quickly as possible.
Because our products are handmade and made to order, modifications or cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of placing your order.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Processing Time
Every set of Majesticollections press-on nails is handcrafted with care.
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or for custom orders, processing may take slightly longer.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for a full refund.
If the package is successfully returned to us, we may issue a 50% refund of the purchase price or arrange reshipment after payment of the new shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can also track your order through our Track Order page on the Majesticollections website.
Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.

Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
